The Intervention Technician provides direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in a school, the community and/or center. They work toward decreasing maladaptive behaviors and encouraging adaptive ones using reinforcement strategies as per the individual's plan. The role includes documentation, coordination with treatment team members, and participation in regular supervision. The position is provisional for 18 months requiring 1,040 hours of supervised direct care with individuals aged 0‑21.
