The role focuses on decreasing maladaptive behaviors and encouraging adaptive behaviors using reinforcement strategies, following the individual’s treatment plan. This is a provisional position for 18 months, requiring the staff to acquire 1,040 hours of direct, supervised experience with clients aged 0‑21.
