Rise Family is looking for an Intervention Technician in Emmett, Idaho. This role involves providing direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across various settings. Technicians will implement treatment plans aimed at encouraging adaptive behaviors while decreasing maladaptive ones.

The Intervention Technician provides direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in schools, community, and/or center settings. The role focuses on decreasing maladaptive behaviors and encouraging adaptive behaviors using reinforcement strategies, following the individual’s treatment plan. This is a provisional position for 18 months, requiring the staff to acquire 1,040 hours of direct, supervised experience with clients aged 0‑21.
