Qualifications

Position Responsibilities

• Provide specially designed instruction and support to students with disabilities in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).


• Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lessons based on student needs and goals.


• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.


• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals.


• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and other required special education processes.


• Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support as appropriate.


• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.


• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.


• Utilize data to guide instruction and make informed decisions regarding student needs.


• Support students in developing independence, confidence, and successful learning habits.

Qualifications
