Qualifications

• Valid state certificate in Special Education (Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe).
• Bachelor degree in Special Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction in one-on-one, small group, and whole class settings.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to students' learning styles.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Maintain records of student performance and IEP compliance.
