Job summary

Performance Academies in Columbus seeks an Intervention Specialist to deliver specialized instruction, co-teaching, and accommodations for students with IEPs, 504s, and BIPs, tracking progress and advocating for student needs. The work day runs 7:30 a.m.

• Passed background checks and familiarity with IDEA regulations.
• Experience with data monitoring and educational software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction, co-teaching, and accommodations for students with IEPs, 504s, and BIPs.
• Write and lead IEPs, ETRs, FBAs, and 504 plans per state and federal guidelines.
• Support a structured, inclusive learning environment with a whole-child approach.
