Springer School and Center is a wonderful community dedicated to supporting students diagnosed with learning disabilities and their families. Encompassing both a day school and a center for educating parents and professionals, Springer is a caring, fast‑paced workplace located in Cincinnati's Hyde Park neighborhood.

High School Teachers at Springer are dedicated to fostering the academic and personal growth of our students. In classrooms typically composed of 14 or fewer students, teachers lead both whole‑class and small‑group instruction. They are responsible for planning, delivering, and differentiating daily lessons to meet diverse learning needs. Collaboration is central to this role. Teachers work closely with team members, therapists, support staff, and school leadership to make student‑centered decisions that promote success.

Job Objectives

  • Proficiency in integrating educational technology into classroom instruction.
