Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person support for elementary charter school students in Cleveland, OH. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

You will develop IEPs, monitor progress with data, and coach students in self-regulation and organizational skills, while collaborating with families and school staff. Valid Ohio license and school certification are required; clearances and liability insurance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior or Lead)
• Ohio school certification required
• Current required clearances or willingness to obtain
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Provide specially designed instruction aligned to student needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction using data
• Create a positive, structured learning environment
• Support students, families, and general education staff
• Coach students in self-regulation and organizational skills
• Develop effective IEPs with measurable outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
