You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the treatment team to promote adaptive behaviors.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field, 1,040 hours of supervised experience, CPR/First Aid, MANDT or de-escalation training, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• 1,040 hours paid, supervised experience with ages 0-21 with developmental disabilities.
• CPR/First Aid certification or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one intervention to a child/adolescent per treatment plan.
• Document daily progress on goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
• Complete required annual training.
