Job summary

Rise Family in Gooding, ID is seeking an Intervention Specialist to support children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school, community, or center settings. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the treatment team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a human service field, 1,040 hours of supervised experience, and certifications such as CPR/First Aid. A flexible schedule and meaningful work are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in human service field or related field with 24 upper division credits in human services.
• Verifiable paid, supervised experience with individuals 0–21 with developmental disability (min 1,040 hours).
• CPR/First Aid and de-escalation training provided by RISE or externally certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one intervention to a child or adolescent with a developmental disability according to the treatment plan.
• Document progress on goals daily.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
• Complete required annual training.
