Qualifications

• Must possess or be eligible for an Intervention Specialist license (Ohio DOE).
• Ability to lead school-wide restorative practices PD.

Responsibilities

• Differentiate instruction effectively.
• Analyze data to plan instruction aligned to state standards.
• Manage and instruct whole and small groups.
• Experience with writing standards-based IEPs.
• Use research-based pedagogy with strong content knowledge.
• Develop lesson plans and materials for individualized and small-group instruction.
• Engage at-risk students using varied strategies and materials.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of educators and administrators.
• Utilize technology to strengthen teaching/learning.
• Participate in PD aligned with district goals.
