Marana Unified School District in Marana, AZ seeks a dedicated Educational Assistant to support at‑risk students with academic and behavioral needs. You will collaborate with teachers, parents and specialists to implement intervention plans and monitor progress in a safe, structured environment.

Responsibilities include tutoring, data entry, Medicaid billings and assisting with IEPs as needed. You will manage small groups, maintain records, prepare materials, and help with classroom activities

Formación

• Experience working with at-risk students.
• Strong communication with students, parents and staff.
• Patient, positive and proactive attitude.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow district policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Implement intervention plans and accountability for students.
• Provide safe environment for students in emotional crisis.
• Tutoring/remediation one-on-one or small groups.
• Administrative duties: typing, filing, data entry, scheduling.
• Work with students on academics and social skills.
• Maintain records and Medicaid billings.
• Assist with organizing activities and paperwork.
• Assist with informal testing and data on behaviors.
• Assist with IEP paperwork as needed.
• Assist instruction in groups and modify assignments.
• Classroom duties and organizing centers.
• Assist with incentive projects.
• May grade work and record progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
