The role requires a bachelor's in Mental Health with licensure in Texas and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for a master's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mental Health & Human Service required; Master's preferred.
• Texas professional license in LCDC, LPC, LMFT, or LBSW/LMSW/LCSW.
• 3–5 years' experience serving children/adolescents, especially at risk.
• Experience with trauma-informed prevention and intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus-based counseling and intervention services for at-risk students.
• Collaborate with staff and families to support academic and social-emotional growth.
• Deliver crisis response, risk assessment, and suicide prevention education.
• Maintain case notes, data, and reports to inform stakeholders.
