Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other staff members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of intervention programs and strategies for students needing additional academic support.
• Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning concepts, provide targeted instruction, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and adapt instructional materials to meet the specific needs of students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate this information to teachers and other relevant staff members.
• Provide classroom support by helping to manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Assist with the organization and preparation of instructional resources and materials.
• Support students in developing effective study habits and organizational skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the educational objectives of the school.
