Job summary

Qualifications

Some college coursework or higher education demonstrated by 48 semester credits or an associate degree.
Ability to assist in instruction for reading, writing, and mathematics.
Experience supporting elementary students is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist classroom teacher with materials prep, organization, and setup.
Monitor student progress and assist with assessments.
Support individual and small-group activities and behavior management.
Lead age-appropriate instructional activities under teacher direction.
Supervise students during school activities (lunch, recess, field trips).
Provide additional support functions such as data entry and event organization.
