Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or driver records.
• Experience with AAMVA systems and interstate driver record processing preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and submits federally required interstate reporting within established timelines.
• Reviews reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable federal and state requirements.
• Researches discrepancies, exceptions, and unresolved transactions.
• Maintains documentation supporting reporting activities and compliance requirements.
• Develops, maintains, and enhances operational dashboards and performance reports for Interstate and Identity Records.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement for IIRS programs.
• Proactively communicates workload volumes, performance metrics, and operational insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Supports data-driven decision making through regular reporting and analysis.
• Recommends operational improvements based on data analysis and trend identification.
• Assists with implementation of new processes and reporting tools.
• Supports testing and validation efforts related to interstate systems and reporting.
• Serves as liaison between operational teams, technical staff, and external partners.
