What You'll Actually Do

This isn't a coffee-and-shadowing program. From day one, you're in the mix:

• Own the logistics for your assigned region — freight, timelines, problem-solving included
• Build and manage relationships with global carriers, suppliers, and service providers
• Negotiate rates, resolve issues, and keep shipments moving on time and on budget
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and Compliance on real customer accounts
• Analyze data, spot inefficiencies, and propose improvements that actually get implemented

What You'll Walk Away With

By the end of 12 months, you'll have hands‑on fluency in international trade compliance, end-to-end logistics and fulfillment, risk management in global supply chains, commercial negotiation, and supplier relationship management.

Where this leads: Complete the program and you're eligible for a full-time offer as a Logistics or Sales professional— based on your performance and business need.
