Over 12 months, you'll explore compliance, risk, logistics, and sales, building a broad foundation in international distribution. From day one, you'll own logistics for your region, develop carrier relationships, negotiate rates, coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Compliance, and analyze data to drive real improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in logistics, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail with global trade awareness.
• Curiosity about how goods move across borders.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

What You'll Actually Do

What You'll Walk Away With

By the end of 12 months, you'll have hands-on fluency in international trade compliance, end-to-end logistics and fulfillment, risk management in global supply chains, commercial negotiation, and supplier relationship management.

Where this leads: Complete the program and you're eligible for a full-time offer as a Fulfillment Manager or Associate Sales Manager — based on your performance and business need.
