From day one, you'll own logistics for your region, develop carrier relationships, negotiate rates, coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Compliance, and analyze data to drive real improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in logistics, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail with global trade awareness.
• Curiosity about how goods move across borders.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the logistics for your assigned region — freight, timelines, problem-solving included
• Build and manage relationships with global carriers, suppliers, and service providers
• Negotiate rates, resolve issues, and keep shipments moving on time and on budget
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and Compliance on real customer accounts
• Analyze data, spot inefficiencies, and propose improvements that actually get implemented
