Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC. is seeking a Team Manager Practitioner in Omaha, Nebraska. This role involves overseeing interpreting operations, managing staff, and providing American Sign Language interpreting services.

The ideal candidate will have fluent ASL and English skills, supervisory experience, and a strong understanding of the interpreting profession. The position requires working approximately 20 hours per week, scheduled between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must possess fluent American Sign Language and spoken English language skills.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in an interpreting-related environment.
• Knowledge of FCC Regulations and RID standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide American Sign Language interpreting on VRS platform.
• Oversee daily operations and manage performance reviews of interpreters.
• Coordinate with HR and Recruiting to select and hire interpreters.
