Job summary

You will serve as a liaison across departments, document and track complaints, and support root-cause analysis to improve member and provider experience. Requires HS diploma and 1–2 years' related experience; offers flexible work options and a closing shift in EST.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Requires 1–2 years of related experience.
• Vocational or technical education may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interpreter services for member appointments with providers.
• Respond to escalated member/provider issues via multiple channels with timely resolutions.
• Maintain relationships across departments to ensure issue resolution.
• Document, track, and resolve complaints and inquiries in writing or by phone.
• Support root-cause analysis and enterprise-wide solutions.
• Assist with researching underlying facts of escalated inquiries with the contact center.
• Identify complaint trends and draft recommendations to improve experience.
• Provide basic knowledge of Centene products and services for accurate support.
• Process basic claims payment errors and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform other duties and comply with policies.
