• Liaises between departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Documents and tracks complaints and inquiries in writing or by phone.
• Supports root cause analysis and cross-functional enterprise solutions.
• Coordinates with contact center to research facts and remedy complaints.
• Reviews complaint trends and drafts recommendations to improve experience.
