Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, language services, or related field.
• Experience in scheduling, coordination, recruiting, operations, or customer service.
• Experience in language services or a court/legal environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interpretation services: schedule on-site, OPI, and VRI assignments.
• Build relationships: primary point of contact for clients and interpreters.
• Match talent to assignments by reviewing credentials and requirements.
• Keep operations moving with interpreter schedules and availability.
• Recruit and onboard interpreters: screen applicants, coordinate onboarding, and training.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and urgent requests in real time.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to improve efficiency and service.
