Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead InterPlan mandate governance, policy interpretation, and cross-plan escalations. You will collaborate with executives and business leaders across Individual, Group, Self-Funded, and Government programs.

The role requires extensive experience in healthcare governance and enterprise risk management, with a focus on strategic oversight, policy implementation, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Expert written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced PC proficiency with productivity tools.
• Ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, governance artifacts, dashboards, status reports, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned mandate portfolios and governance discussions.
• Coordinate with BCBSA committees and partner plans.
• Deliver executive briefings, dashboards, and decision materials.
• Coach and mentor InterPlan Governance Specialists and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure artifacts, commitments, and decisions remain current and visible.
• Drive remediation and escalation resolution for complex programs.
