Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (AZ Blue) seeks a seasoned governance leader to drive strategic mandate initiatives across InterPlan and partner plans. You will coordinate policy interpretations, remediation efforts, and executive-level decision support with stakeholders across Individual, Group, and Government programs.

The role emphasizes enterprise risk management, policy interpretation, and a proactive governance approach to ensure commitments are met and performance measures are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex governance, regulatory, or enterprise programs is expected at the senior or manager level.
• Strong communication and executive presenting skills are essential.

• Independently lead assigned mandate portfolios, policy questions, exception requests, remediation activities, and escalations.
• Lead cross-functional governance discussions with limited oversight and base decisions on policy, risk, and data.
