Job summary
Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions seeks an Interface Development Manager to lead a focused team delivering HL7 v2.x and FHIR-based integrations across three entities. You will own design, build and support of interfaces, including SMART on FHIR app authorization flows, while ensuring HIPAA-compliant data handling.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of .NET/C# development experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
- 2+ years in a team lead, tech lead, or people-management role with direct reports.
- Hands-on HL7 v2.x messaging experience and clinical data exchange.
- Direct, hands-on experience with FHIR and SMART on FHIR (OAuth2/UDAP, CDS Hooks).
- Experience delivering software in healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools in daily work and promoting adoption in a team.
- Preferred: experience with InterSystems IRIS for Health; familiarity with other engines like Mirth Connect or Rhapsody and BI tools.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage a small interface development team, including hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
- Own design, build, and support of HL7 v2.x and FHIR-based integrations across systems.
- Lead modernization of interface tooling to reduce integration turnaround time for new clients.
- Champion AI-assisted development practices while ensuring rigorous review for PHI handling.
- Collaborate with software, clinical operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize interface work.
- Establish data quality, security, and HIPAA-compliant standards for all interface work.
