Job summary
adaugeohealthcare is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to oversee a small interface development team focused on healthcare interoperability. You will own design, build, and support HL7 v2.x and FHIR-based integrations, including SMART on FHIR apps and OAuth2/UDAP authorization flows, connecting internal systems with EMRs, clearinghouses, and labs.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of .NET/C# development experience.
- 2+ years in a team lead or tech-lead role with direct reports.
- Hands-on HL7 v2.x messaging and data exchange experience.
- Hands-on FHIR and SMART on FHIR, with OAuth2/UDAP flows.
- Track record delivering software in healthcare or a regulated industry.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage a small interface development team, including hiring and reviews.
- Own design, build, and support of HL7 v2.x and FHIR integrations, including SMART on FHIR apps.
- Lead modernization of interface tooling to shorten partner onboarding.
- Champion AI-assisted development with strict HIPAA-compliant review.
- Collaborate with software, clinical operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize work.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across interfaces.
