Qualifications

5+ years of .NET/C# development experience required.
2+ years in a team lead or management position.
Hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x messaging essential.
Direct experience with FHIR and SMART on FHIR needed.
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage small interface development team with hiring and reviews.
Design and support HL7 and FHIR-based integrations.
Lead modernization of interface tooling and processes.
Champion AI-assisted development practices within the team.
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize interface work.
