Job summary

Veradigm Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Interoperability Center of Excellence.

You will own the full lifecycle of interface services across EHR and practice management platforms, directing teams for lab orders, public health reporting, HIE and TEFCA connectivity, and custom client integrations. You will shape the commercial model for interoperability services, supervise a distributed team, and drive strategic roadmaps aligned with enterprise initiatives, regulatory requirements, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience is required.
10+ years in healthcare tech, integration services, or professional services recommended.
Strong understanding of HL7 v2, FHIR R4, and clinical data exchange workflows.
Experience managing third-party vendor relationships, including commercial frameworks and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Builds and leads the Interoperability Center of Excellence from formation to operational maturity.
Owns full interface services lifecycle across HL7 ORM/ORU, immunization registries, HIE/TEFCA connectivity, and custom integrations.
Directs a Forward Development Team of Interface Sales Engineers and Technical Interface Engineers.
Leads the Integrator Program with commercial frameworks, pricing, and partner agreements.
Collaborates with sales, product, engineering, legal, and finance on roadmap and governance.
