(NEU) NeWeb GmbH is looking for newly graduated engineers in Ohio, United States to participate in testing Wi-Fi and cellular mobile subsystems, and smart IoT performance. This position involves analyzing performance metrics and troubleshooting connectivity issues in a hybrid work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related fields, with knowledge of Wi-Fi standards, networking fundamentals, and basic RF concepts. This role also offers opportunities for hands-on experience with wireless devices and occasional travel for testing.
Participate in the testing of WNC WiFi, cellular mobile subsystem, and smart IoT performance.
Assist in analysing and improving performance metrics (RSSI, SNR, MCS, PER, latency, throughput).
Support troubleshooting of Wi‑Fi and cellular connectivity issues, interference patterns and application‑level behaviour.
Execute lab and field testing using WNC testbeds, access points, IoT devices, RF chambers, and diagnostic tools.
Process, evaluate, and interpret logs and diagnostic traces from WNC devices.
Education: Newly graduate with bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science, network engineering or electrical and electronics engineering.
Based at WNC office, lab, or hybrid environment depending on role. Hands‑on work with wireless devices, access points, custom test equipment, and RF testing environments.
Occasional travel for interoperability testing, certification events, or customer support (if required).
