Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Prior experience in the social service field.
• At least 2 years of experience in youth development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internship partners and sites.
• Place 90 students in subsidized internships during the academic year.
• Assist with admissions, open houses, orientation.
• Help graduates with job search, resumes and cover letters writing.
• Log internship-related data and track attendance and hours.
• Prepare and deliver LTW Weekly Seminar curriculum.
