Job summary

Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is seeking a Work-Based Learning Internship Coordinator to recruit interns, identify internship sites, place interns, and collect data and evaluations. Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in counseling, recruiting, or related field and two years of related HR/human services experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job.

Responsibilities

• Work Based Learning Internship Coordinator will recruit interns, identify internship sites, place interns, collect and organize data and evaluations pertaining to internships.
• Speak with employers to garner placements for students and maintain placement records.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, recruiting, or related field

Two years of related human resources and/or human services experience
