Job summary

Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is seeking a Work-Based Learning Internship Coordinator to recruit interns, identify internship sites, place interns, and collect data and evaluations. The role also involves speaking with employers to secure internships for students and maintaining placement records across programs to support student success.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in counseling, recruiting, or related field and two years of related HR/human services experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job.
