Job summary

UEC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our operations team. You will support the project manager and field supervision, coordinate subcontractors, and help manage costs and documentation on site.

You will write RFIs and submittals, assist in change orders, and help maintain safety standards while keeping teams aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to work a 12-week work schedule (preferred).
• Willingness to relocate for specific roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with project manager or field supervision staff.
• Estimate cost for change orders.
• Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
• Schedule contracts and materials.
• Maintain document control.
• Coordinate subcontractors on site.
• Assist in managing on-site safety.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Write RFIs and submittals; assist in change orders.

Education

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
