Qualifications

• Fluency in English language required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (with emphasis in Excel).
• Excellent ability to work on multiple assignments with tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong affinity to figures and analysis.
• Excellent ability to gather facts and figures and write short concise briefing papers.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Must possess a valid work permit in the U.S.

Tasks

As a Logistics Intern, you will contribute by performing the following duties, among others:

• Support Production Managers with assigned projects/operational tasks
• Gather, analyze & organize facts, figures/operational data
• Assist with projects related to production, handling, logistics, aviation, etc.
• Prepare short, clear, and concise briefing papers, presentations/other supporting documentation
• Conduct data analysis using standard MS Office software, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously & support projects with varying deadlines/priorities
• Participate in regular check-ins, progress updates, & alignment meetings
• Ensure proper documentation/handover of assigned projects & recurring responsibilities at the conclusion of the internship
• Support recurring tasks & contribute to daily operational activities as assigned
