Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• Recent College Grad / current Undergrad or Greater student desirable.
• Interest in Aviation, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
• Fluency in English language required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (with emphasis in Excel).
• Excellent ability to work on multiple assignments with tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong affinity to figures and analysis.
• Excellent ability to gather facts and figures and write short concise briefing papers.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Must possess a valid work permit in the U.S.
• CV/Resume required.
• Company may provide relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Managers with assigned projects/operational tasks.
• Gather, analyze & organize facts, figures/operational data.
• Assist with projects related to production, handling, logistics, aviation, etc.
• Prepare briefings and supporting documentation.
• Conduct data analysis using MS Office, especially Excel.
• Manage multiple assignments with varying deadlines/priorities.
• Participate in regular check-ins and progress updates.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover of projects at completion.
• Support recurring tasks and daily operational activities.
