Qualifications

• Highschool GED is required.
• Recent college grad or current undergrad desirable.
• Interest in Aviation, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
• Fluency in English required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis in Excel.
• Ability to multitask with tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong briefing paper writing ability.
• Must possess a valid work permit in the U.S.
• CV/Resume required.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Managers with assigned projects/operational tasks.
• Gather, analyze & organize facts, figures/operational data.
• Assist with projects related to production, handling, logistics, aviation, etc.
• Prepare briefing papers, presentations/other supporting documentation.
• Conduct data analysis using MS Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines/priorities.
• Participate in regular check-ins and alignment meetings.
• Ensure proper documentation/handover of projects at conclusion.
