Job summary

Dynamic Catholic is offering a summer IT internship in the Greater Cincinnati area. You will gain hands-on experience supporting a helpdesk, managing identities, and learning Azure and server administration in a mission-driven environment.

You will work with tools like Google Accounts, Okta SSO, AzureAD, and MDM platforms, while mentored by an experienced IT Systems Administrator on real project work.

Qualifications

• Interest in IT, computer science, or a related field of study.
• Previous exposure to helpdesk or IT support is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to security best practices.
• Willingness to jump into unfamiliar problems and take initiative.
• Flexibility and adaptability across IT domains.

Responsibilities

• Support helpdesk tickets and resolve real end-user issues.
• Gain exposure to identity and access management tools (Okta, AzureAD).
• Work with collaboration tools like Office, Slack, Zoom, Egnyte.
• Learn Azure server administration basics and basic networking.
• Explore endpoint management and MDM tooling (PDQ, Intune, Mosyle).
• Get hands-on with IT asset management using Snipe-IT.
• Observe network management, firewall basics, and cybersecurity practices.
• Receive mentorship on IT projects and real-world operations.

What you'll leave with
