Job summary

Dynamic Catholic in the Greater Cincinnati area is seeking an HR Intern to gain real-world experience by mastering the administrative foundations that keep a great team thriving. You will support onboarding, offboarding, data entry, and day-to-day HR tasks.

This paid summer internship includes housing assistance and the chance to work with our HRIS and Google Workspace, enhancing processes, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

• Support & Refine Processes: Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
• Optimize HR Systems: Help maintain our HRIS and other software tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing workflows to better serve our team.
• Provide Team Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Contribute to Projects: Jump in wherever needed on various HR projects with a focus on process improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.
• Knowledge gained from working closely with our brilliant staff.
• Skills learned through first-hand exposure to our processes, helping serve our team throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Honed professional skills in communication, organization, customer service, and best practices in HR administration and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, our HRIS, and other tools, with a focus on system optimization and data management.
