Job summary

Dynamic Catholic seeks an HR Intern to support administrative processes from onboarding to offboarding in the Greater Cincinnati area. You will help optimize HR systems, maintain data accuracy, and assist employees with inquiries, gaining real-world HR experience this Summer.

You will work closely with our team to drive process improvements, documentation, and operational excellence while learning the tools we rely on daily.

• A willingness to jump in wherever needed and contribute to the team’s success.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, our HRIS, and other tools, with a focus on system optimization and data management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
• Help maintain our HRIS and other software tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing workflows to better serve our team.
• Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Jump in wherever needed on various HR projects with a focus on process improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.

• Support & Refine Processes: Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
• Optimize HR Systems: Help maintain our HRIS and other software tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing workflows to better serve our team.
• Provide Team Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Contribute to Projects: Jump in wherever needed on various HR projects with a focus on process improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.
