Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. in Alabama invites applications for an Internship in Supply Chain Management: Executive Team Support for an international student.

This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to logistics, onboarding, KPI reporting, and the creation of top-level presentations. Applicants must be enrolled in SCM, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, fluent in English and German, and available for at least six months starting February 2027.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the Executive Office of the Vice President of Logistics.
• Support with Supply Chain orientation and onboarding.
• Manage the Supply Chain Social Intranet page.
• Support with the implementation of Positive Team Culture Initiatives in Supply Chain.
• Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Collect and report KPI data.
• Create top-level management presentations.
• Create and distribute meeting minutes.

Qualifications

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Student in: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:

• Fluent in English and German (oral/written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint skills)
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Team-oriented
• Self-reliant
• Good organizational skills
• Logistics background a plus

Preferred Start Date

• February 2027
• Paid internship - hourly rate $18
• Coverage of visa costs
• $700 housing bonus

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor'sand Master’s degree
• Studies outside of the U.S.A (we are not accepting applications from students who are currently studying in the U.S.A)
• A minimum of 3semesters of studies in relevant field of study
• Available for a minimum of 6months
