Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to handle incoming sales calls and online leads, maintain accurate customer information, and support online customers by establishing rapport, answering questions, and setting appointments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a background in sales or customer service, and the ability to work across phone, text, or email channels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background.
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email.
• Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly.
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
