Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to find a vehicle that fits their needs.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to update customers on developments.
- Gain working knowledge of the product line.
- Attend training offered by manufacturers and Ed Morse Automotive Group.
- Complete all sales paperwork.
- Follow Ed Morse Steps to the Sale to ensure satisfaction.
