Job summary

Martin Automotive Group seeks an Internet Sales Manager for our El Monte Nissan location. You will manage internet leads via email and phone, set appointments for vehicle demonstrations, and direct customers to online information resources to close deals.

Responsibilities include following up on leads, leveraging VIN solutions where available, and driving toward sales quotas. A bilingual advantage is welcomed, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Retail environment experience required.
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries by phone.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers.
• Clean driving record.

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
• Work with internet leads to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
• Follow up on leads.
• VIN solutions experience preferred, but not required.
• Phone skills.
• Desking or deal structure experience.
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals.
• Bi-lingual preferred, but not required.
• Clean driving record.

Do you enjoy solving customer inquiries and creating relationships via phone? Are you passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience? If you answered yes to either question

Responsibilities
