Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking an Internet Sales Manager for our El Monte Nissan location. You will manage internet and phone leads, set appointments for vehicle demonstrations, and guide customers to online product resources to build relationships and close sales.

You should be skilled at desking, quota attainment, and delivering an excellent customer experience. A clean driving record is required; VIN solutions experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling internet leads and phone inquiries.
• Ability to structure deals and manage desking tasks.
• Proven drive to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
• Clean driving record is expected.

Responsibilities

Martin Automotive Group is looking for an Internet Sales Manager to join our team at our El Monte Nissan location! Do you have experience working in a retail environment? Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Follow up on leads experience

Qualifications

• VIN solutions experience preferred, but not required
• Phone skills
• Desking or deal structure experience
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
