Job summary

GMC of Vacaville is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive both internet and in-store results. This hands‑on role requires desk deals, coaching, and strong CRM leadership to protect gross and grow vehicle volume.

You will own internet lead management, BDC processes, follow-up strategies, and appointment conversion while partnering with Finance to maximize profitability and CSI/NPS scores.

Qualifications

• Automotive CRM expertise with strong desk and closing skills.
• VinSolutions experience a major plus.
• Experience managing internet leads and BDC processes.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Desk new and used vehicle deals.
• Coach, train, and manage the sales team.
• Assist salespeople with closing customers.
• Maximize gross while maintaining customer experience.
• Manage internet leads and CRM activity.
• Monitor lead distribution and salesperson performance.
