• The Lead Specialist:Respond to internet inquiries and phone calls with lightning speed, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.

• The Ultimate Host:This isn't just a desk job. When your appointments arrive, you’ll be there to welcome them, introduce them to the team, and ensure they feel like part of the family from the moment they walk in.

• The Appointment Master:Your primary goal is to turn "just looking" into a scheduled showroom visit.

• The Follow-Up Machine:You’ll use text, email, and video to stay top-of-mind with customers, providing a premium, "white-glove" follow-up experience.
