Town & Country Dealerships is seeking an experienced Internet Director to oversee Internet Sales Operations and Digital/On-Line Marketing for all stores. The role sits within Corporate Management and offers career growth and earning potential as e-business and digital marketing drive success.

Essential responsibilities include managing Internet Department productivity, vendor relationships, SEO/SEM/VSEO, and CRM/email/social media programs across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an Internet operation for a multi-store auto group.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, and vendor management.
• Ability to hire, train and motivate Internet department staff.
• Experience overseeing websites, lead providers, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation and productivity of Internet Departments.
• Manage department goals, KPIs, and budgeting.
• Hire, train, and manage Internet Department personnel.
• Oversee all digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM/VSEO.
• Oversee CRM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
