Qualifications

• At least one prior sales role.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information.
• Present financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads old and new.
• Participate in team and process development sessions; maintain positive relationships with team members and management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Assist in vehicle delivery to customers.
