Mossy Auto Group is seeking energetic Internet Sales Consultants to join our fast-paced team. You will focus on internet leads, determine customer vehicle needs, and coordinate follow-ups to drive sales and referrals.

The role emphasizes commission-based earnings with an average annual range of $65,000 to $130,000, plus the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work. We value integrity, teamwork, and customer service in a family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong sales experience.
• Team player attitude.
• Prompt and courteous.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the web and good data entry skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information.
• Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads old and new.
• Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
